This week felt like it went by quicker than the last. 

Enough with the excuses, let's get to it. 

fun movie stuff

I spent the last few evenings re-watching "Once Upon A Time... In Hollywood" in parts. A love letter to Hollywood and an alternate history to a terrible tragedy. 

On a more up-beat note, there are many spots in the movie that I drove by and/or hung out at during my days in LA. Casa Vega had dope chips and salsa and Musso & Frank's made you feel like Hollywood royalty. 

cool book stuff

I'm reading The Trees by Percival Everett. That name might sound familiar beecause, as you may know, he wrote the novel (Erasure,) "American Fiction" was based on. 

The Trees is riveting, and would make a great horror movie. Creepy with a healthy dose of social commentary. 

fun random stuff

Stuff lives in our brains, for better or worse. Not sure what brought it up, but years ago I would have an easy time lifting my spirits and delighting friends listening to this Jeff Goldbllum remix. God bless the person that had time to make this. It has provided many laughs. Be sure to wait out the build.
