Abel Arias is an actor, improviser, and a teacher. He lived in L.A. for 15 years where he studied/performed improvisation, and stand-up comedy. Abel also managed to book some national commercials and a couple of tv shows. He has spent his off time keeping 2 kids alive, a wife happy, and developing a space to help performers get more comfortable with being uncomfortable.
